IVM Building had successfully managed to meet all the requirements by the end of 2007 and was registered with the Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber, Record №0012 of January 11, 2008. Therefore, since 2008 IVM Building is a registered member of Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber.
The main goals and requirements of the Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber are the following:
- identification and transparency of activities done by construction workers
- enhancement of the construction activity management and raising the responsibility of the builders related to quality of completed construction work
- protection of customer's interests
- raising the prestige and enhancing qualification of its members
